Pick of the Night

(14) Gonzaga Bulldogs +4.5 at St. Marys Gaels

For years now the Gaels have been the Zag's top competition in the conference but have not been able to overtake them. This year might be the year. Gonzaga's offense runs through Bouldin and he is having another great season. Bouldin and his shaggy hair are averaging 15 points and 5 assists on the season. St. Mary's 6' 11" center Omar Samhan leads the Gaels with a 20 and 10 average. St. Mary's has won 12 of the last 13 games this season and there only two losses on the season came to Vanderbilt early in the season and a pretty good USC team. St. Mary's has what it takes to send the Zag's down a notch in the West Coast Conference and get the automatic bid into this year's tourny. St. Mary's gains a lot of attention tonight after midnight eastern time with a big win over Gonzaga.

Mary's over Zags - Scuttlebutt Record - (13-13)
Last pick, North Carolina +4 over Clemson, resulted in a loss with Clemson wrecking UNC 83-64.
